WAITING FOR $ SINCE 12/2023
My husband won $ on December 26, 2023. He has sent all the requested documents and information twice. He was notified everything was accepted. He was told to wait 15 business days for wire transfer. Today is February 09, 2024. HE STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY!! He has contacted several agents online that say the money transfer is coming. And duckyluck.ag also said he was no longer able to get bonuses or promotions!

I'm sorry I even have to give this place ONE star. I had issues a couple months ago getting a withdrawal sent. I was already verified, gave the info for a wire transfer, and a month and half later I was still trying to get my money. They did a reverse withdrawal without my consent and sent an email saying it went through. I ended up requesting and check and two weeks later finally getting that. So I waited a while, deposited today with the knowledge that I would have my 25 free spins if I ran through my bonus. Lo and behold, NO spins, and I'm told I was deemed a "skilled player" (mind you I am not a high roller nor do I win thousands on the small chance I DO win) and that this happened "about an hour ago so we can't give you the promo free spins" They "gave" me a ten dollar free chip with a max cashout of 100 bucks, and I don't do crypto so this is useless. I sent an email and they said "a skilled player flag isn't meant as a punishment but to ensure fair play" like...WHAT?? I was absolutely screwed. DO NOT PLAY HERE.

If you plan on playing at this online casino I strongly advise you to complete the withdrawal verification prior to making a deposit! My experience was I deposited $25 got it to $1,500 and was unable to withdraw it. When you take the picture of your ID you only get 2 tries and no retake option! As far as I’m concerned I believe it to be a scam!
