This site is totally bullsh**, signed up supposed to get 100 Free spins,the code says I’m ineligible. Like what the hell!?? Than you pawn 44 spins on a Zeus game that is total crap!!?? Having some real issues
I’ve been depositing on this site and their sister sites regularly for a bit of time now, in fact I had written an honest five star review review praising them a couple weeks ago, which I’ll leave up for now even though my opinion has changed greatly. Their customer service is so ridiculously awful, I can’t even fathom it. I have transcripts open transcripts that I would love to show a higher up… I was almost exclusively depositing all my gambling funds on their sites, I’d say almost 50% of what I spend gambling I’ve been spending on their sites (super slots wild casino and betonline) these last couple weeks. And boy have I begun to be very disappointed in the treatment I’ve gotten by their staff. You’d think I’d get preferential treatment but that could not be farther from the truth… have to struggle and plead with staff wasting hours only to end up with a little bonus, if anything at all. Also I always deposit with no bonus and I don’t ask if I have withdrawn recently. In fact they often lie and say I’m not eligible for any bonus at all, then I sent them a bonus I am eligible for, and of course they don’t drop the attitude or apologize. Usually I have to get a new chat agent and waste another half hour trying to convince them not to treat me like garbage. Please give me an email address I can contact whenever you see this.
