Awful. I have pissed away way more than I should have here, but today was the last straw. I attempted to make two withdrawals yesterday totalling $2800. Went to bed, no issues. Checked the status on these today, and it showed both to be cancelled. I go to their customer service and they said I cancelled both withdrawals and played the money out which is 100% bullshit. Am I sleep gambling? Unbelievable that this is the tactic they’ve lowered themselves to to screw players out of money. On the rare occasion that you DO receive a withdrawal, it takes about a month and you constantly have to ride them about it. Stay away. Stay far away. Stay away from gambling kids.
