They took my money after a bet and after hitting the double down to confirm that I bet what I did they still took my money even though I won and after trying to get them to review it (by talking trash) they threatened ny account. I went from over $4k to $0 after this BS play. They are a bunch of thieving pricks.

They are corrupt
They are corrupt. They have two rules for slots and automatic games. One set of rules for Live Casino. The one rule on Live Casino says any technical error all bets will be canceled and returned. The Live Casino took a bet for two hands that my funds said one thing but I actually had something else. I had less than I wagered. They even admitted their computer made an error but did not cancel or return the two wagers. This was two 5 figure bets. It took them over ten days and they updated their Slots rule during that time to point out that they can cancel winnings or bets for computer error. Rule 11. Live Casino rule 3 says differently. Never use this site. They do everything to avoid paying. I lost close to a 6 figure bet round because of a technical issue on their end.

WORST ONLINE CASINO EXPERIENCE EVER
I wouldn't give them any stars if I could. I deposited fifty dollars into my account and started playing roulette. I got my winnings up to almost three hundred and when I was wagering I hit the wrong buttons a couple of times and ended up wagering everything I had on the next spin. I saw it, hit undo and the game froze up on me at the exact same time. When the game resumed, it has taken all of my money. I contacted customer care, and they refused to help me at all. Told me it was my responsibility. I tried to explain to them that their game had conveniently frozen up on me and taken all my money but they refused to do anything to rectify the situation.
