Probably one of the worst companies out…
Probably one of the worst companies out there. They are straight out denying me the right to talk to their manager or supervisor. I have done withdrawals with them a few times in the past—easy peasy. But now, out of nowhere, they ask for more info. Info that doesn’t matter if you’re sending me money. Info that any REAL or REPUTABLE company/casino would NEVER ask for!
Well, I sent them the info they requested right away from the first email they sent me—because I know how they are. I sent it to them a total of 3 to 4 times. They reply to the email by asking me for the info again.
To make things even better, they have taken away my ability to withdraw. I can go deposit no problem. Click on withdraw—goes to a blank page where nothing loads. They are literally trying to steal my money!
If they don’t send it to me tonight and have the manager call me, in the morning I’m contacting the AGLC and RCMP.

They are scammers, they are liars. Someone created an account under my name and compromised my bank cards, spending $1,399.75 with them. I’m trying to get my money back, and they have been ignoring my emails, blocked me from live chat, and said they were sending me a payment—but won’t respond to what bank or how much is being returned.
They have a worker named Brandon Mitchell who ran my cards multiple times for outrageous amounts—one charge alone was for $928. I have a bunch of screenshots showing what he did. I’m so pissed right now. I want my money back for the transactions I didn’t do and I want those pieces of sh*t to answer my god damn emails.

I won $1000 in November 2024. It took close to 2 months before I received only $390 through crypto. I went to LCB.org and asked them to intervene to help me get the rest of my winnings. Of course, the casino found “reasons” why I wouldn’t be paid the full amount I won.
